The progress of the programme and its contribution to social protection and promotion in Paraguay were presented during an international seminar organised by the Secretariat of Social Action. It was held at the Central Bank of Paraguay (BCP) with the participation of EuropeAid and EUROsociAL, among other international institutions and programmes.

El fin de este documento es promover la inclusión de la perspectiva de género en la intervención penitenciaria en este campo. El documento también persigue orientar un desarrollo práctico de la normativa internacional de referencia, considerando las específicas condiciones del contexto latinoamericano y las diferenciadas necesidades de las mujeres que dependen de las instituciones penitenciarias en los países de la zona.
